The Opportunity:

Bennic Safety is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Administration Assistant to join their office team. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day business operations, providing administrative assistance across accounts, administration and purchasing, while delivering a high standard of internal and external customer service.

Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Preparing, issuing and distributing invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner.
* Updating internal databases with results, records and business information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Operating computer systems and office equipment to input, retrieve and process data efficiently.
* Providing general administrative and clerical support across the office team, including accounts and purchasing functions.
* Managing incoming phone calls with professional telephone techniques and customer-focused communication.
* Compiling Requests for quotations and assisting with business documentation as required.
* Organising external printing and maintaining structured document control systems.
* Attending to clients, customers and visitors at the Bennic Safety premises in a professional manner.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
* Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to complete tasks efficiently.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Confident computer skills and experience using office systems and databases.
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, including strong telephone etiquette.
* Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external working relationships.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support across departments.
* An understanding of confidentiality, compliance and professional office standards.
The Offer:

This is a stable opportunity with Bennic Safety, offering a supportive and collaborative office environment and a varied role across administration, accounts and general office support. You’ll receive ongoing training, an annual performance review, and the chance to develop your skills within a well-established and reputable safety-focused organisation. A salary of $60,000 - $65,000 is on offer, along with a supportive team environment and a stable, long-term position.

To ensure compliance with Australian employment law, this role is only open to candidates who possess either the right to work in Australia, permanent residency, citizenship status or visa status.
