Responsibilities
Provide legal advice focusing on procurement, customer sales, service agreements, and M&A activities.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assess and advise on legal risks while supporting the business in their management.
Collaborate with and coach stakeholders on legal matters and compliance procedures.
Qualifications
Qualified lawyer or solicitor with 1-4 years of post-admission experience.
Experience with commercial contracts and M knowledge of competition and consumer law is a plus.
Ability to advise stakeholders on legal risks and commercial contracts effectively.
Strong judgement, pragmatic approach, and ability to align legal advice with commercial decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for conveying complex legal issues clearly and practically.
Must be located in either the Sydney or Melbourne metropolitan areas.
