We're seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and support the Venue Manager in successfully operating a busy business. This role involves leading a large multi-skilled team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, while also driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role, ideally with a strong understanding of food, bars and gaming operations
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills to manage a large team and achieve financial targets
* Operational expertise to assist the Venue Manager in achieving business objectives
* Highly developed understanding of guest expectations and ability to deliver exceptional experiences
* Must hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
