About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
* Hunt for new business and grow existing client relationships
* Work with engineering firms, mines, and quarries to sell conveyor system solutions
* Use your technical knowledge (ideally mechanical engineering or similar) to have meaningful conversations with customers
* Travel regularly to meet with clients and drive sales
* Prepare quotes and proposals (Excel skills required)
Who We're Looking For
* A sales hunter – proactive and thrives on winning new business
* Someone technically minded – ideally with a mechanical engineering background
* A strong relationship builder – confident meeting with senior stakeholders
* Comfortable with frequent travel – both within Australia and occasionally overseas
