This role is based in Cheltenham, VIC and is a hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both virtually and from our Cheltenham office, in line with our local smart working policy.

What the day will look like

As a Client Executive within our Personal Lines team, you'll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio while supporting senior leaders in a collaborative, team‐oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Delivering high‐quality client service to support strong relationships and retention across a growing Personal Lines portfolio
* Managing your own portfolio while contributing to shared team targets
* Driving retention and growth against budgeted revenue targets
* Supporting senior leaders and collaborating with colleagues on crossover business

* Experience in insurance broking or underwriting, ideally within Personal Lines
