In these roles, you will work with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bustling restaurant located in Shenton Park. As the Assistant Manager or a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, creating an enjoyable experience for both our team and our valued customers
The Assistant Manager role involves full time hours, while the Front of House Supervisor roles are casual. Weekend and possible evening work availability required. Our venue is open Monday to Sunday 7am - 3pm.
**Wards Central Dining** is our newest venue to join the Do A Dinner family. Our other venues include **North Street Store**, **Little Loaf Lunch Bar**, **Big Loaf Shop** and **Big Loaf Factory Bakery**.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Help to recruit and train new staff.
Work with the management team to implement strategies to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and dining experience.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and safety throughout the restaurant.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a "customer-first" mindset among the staff.
**Requirements**:
Assistant Manager - Approved Manager license required.
Front of House Supervisor - RSA certificate required.
Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
