Lead and Develop the Team
* Guide and inspire a diverse team of tattoo artists and support staff.

Oversee Daily Operations
* Uphold rigorous standards for studio cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
* Proactively manage inventory, ensuring essential supplies are always on hand.
* Efficiently coordinate appointments for maximum productivity and client satisfaction.
Elevate Client Experience & Drive Growth
* Deliver exceptional service from the initial welcome through post-appointment care.
* Build lasting client relationships that foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
* Achieve sales targets by expertly upselling and cross-selling services and products.
* Strategically meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue, retention, and bookings.
What We're Looking For
* Proven management experience, ideally in a tattoo studio or creative environment.
* Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
