We offer a fully funded training program to complete your Certificate III while you earn an income. This traineeship is with
BlueCare
in the community care sector.
Responsibilities
Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes to support daily activities
In home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
Providing care in accordance with each client's individualised Care Plan
Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Role Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
Vehicle that is roadworthy and insured (Third Party Property minimum) for work – Essential
Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
Ability to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Employment Status: Maximum Fixed Term - Part Time
Location: Biloela, Monto & Surrounding Areas
Remuneration: $32.39 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases take-home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (km) + Employee discounts
The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support while you earn an income. Government funding will be connected so you can complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approx. $3,650)
