The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Making informed decisions within our quality decision making framework
* Assessing referrals and investigative tools to expedite information gathering
* Demonstrating strong customer service and time management skills
* Ensuring a positive service experience for stakeholders and providing effective strategies for liability outcomes
* Accurately assessing, determining and calculating entitlements on accepted claims

About you:

* You have experience in Personal Injury & Worker's Compensation
* You have a basic understanding of the WIRC Act 2013 and associated Worksafe policies and guidelines relating to initial entitlement determinations
* You possess strong customer service attributes, including excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You can meet deadlines
* You have knowledge of Worksafe operating models and IT systems
