* Communication & confidence: skills to confidently drive constructive dialogue, facilitate open discussions, and serve as the accessible first point of contact for all staff.
Experience: 5+ years' experience in office and general leadership and management.
Skills: demonstrated ability to delegate, problem-solve, and manage time effectively.
