Our Hays Melbourne office is seeking a full-time permanent Customer Support Administrator to join our team. This role is commencing immediately.
Your new role
* Manage inbound telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aligned with our service delivery standards
* Provide timely and accurate administrative support to internal stakeholders via a centralised ticketing system
* Conduct reference checks over the phone
* Collect and follow up on compliance documentation from candidates
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a high-volume customer service environment (e.g. retail or hospitality)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in an office setting (highly regarded)
* A confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
