Your new role
You will oversee the coordination of HR practices, including recruitment, work health and safety, and employee relations, to ensure a motivated and competent workforce throughout the company. You will offer guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including EBA/Award interpretation.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
* Oversee HR practices, recruitment, work health and safety, and employee relations.
* Manage and promote training functions.
* Plan, design and facilitate training activities to enhance company standards.
* Identify hazards with departments and WHS committee.
* Update knowledge of relevant legislation and WHS best practices.
* Investigate and register incidents and manage workers' compensation claims.
* Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including EBA/award interpretation.
What you will need
* HR generalist experience is required, however exposure to L&D is beneficial.
* Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
* Can do attitude and willingness to learn.
