We are currently partnering with a well‑established agribusiness to identify an experienced Finance Services Manager to lead and optimise their end‑to‑end transactional finance function.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role, suited to a finance professional who has built a career across AR, AP, Payroll, Treasury and who understands the operational realities of agriculture and seasonal cash flow. The role reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and mentoring finance operations teams across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and junior accounting
* Owning cash flow forecasting, working capital management and treasury activities, including FX exposure
* Partnering closely with operational and commercial teams to manage seasonal and variable cash cycles
* Driving process improvement across transactional finance and ERP systems
* Acting as a key finance liaison with global stakeholders, external vendors and banking partners
* Supporting month‑end and year‑end close from an operational finance perspective
About You
* Experience leading finance operations / transactional teams
* Strong experience within the agriculture or primary industries sector
* Experience working in large, multinational environments, including FX and offshore stakeholder management
* Strong technical capability working with Excel and SAP
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging across C‑suite, corporate teams, vendors and operational (blue‑collar) workforces
* Immediate availability (or short notice)
