An exciting opportunity is available for detail-focused Data Entry Operators to join the Centralised Data Entry team at Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of information that supports high-quality diagnostic services for our clinicians, patients, and healthcare partners.

We are seeking part-time and full-time team members to assist in providing 24/7 operational coverage. Following a structured full-time training period, this position offers the opportunity to work a combination of on-site and work-from-home shifts, providing flexibility while remaining connected to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

· The Data Entry team is responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of diagnostic and referral information to support quality service delivery.

· Accurately entering patient and referral data in a timely manner

· Maintaining high standards of data integrity and attention to detail

· Supporting internal and external referrers through reliable data processing

· Adhering to established procedures, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks

· Upholding privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements at all times

· Working collaboratively within a team environment to meet operational demands

What we are looking for

· Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy

· Well-developed general administrative and organisational skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· A clear understanding of, and commitment to, privacy and confidentiality within a medical environment

· Positions are available on a part-time or full-time basis

· A minimum of 20 hours per week is required following the completion of full-time training

· Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including participation in a weekend roster, is essential

· Work-from-home shifts are available once required training and competency assessments are completed

· Available shifts and work patterns will be discussed during the interview process

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

· Proven alphanumeric keyboard skills

· A typing speed of 35 words per minute with a minimum accuracy of 95%

· Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to support a rotating roster

· A professional approach to meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
