Clinical Education and Simulation Advisor

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team as a Clinical Education and Simulation Advisor. As an integral member of the Clinical Education and Simulation Team, you will play a vital role in strengthening clinical capability across the District by developing, implementing, and evaluating agile learning solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Clinical Educators, Heads of Department, and Clinical and Service Managers to design and deliver high-quality education that supports staff development and enhances clinical performance. Your work will directly contribute to building workforce capability and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient health services that meet the needs of patients, carers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver high-quality education programs that support staff development and enhance clinical performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Educators, Heads of Department, and Clinical and Service Managers to ensure alignment with District goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote contemporary learning practices and advance simulation-based training.
Requirements:
• A Registered Nurse or Midwife, Allied Health Professional, or Medical Officer registration through AHPRA.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications supported by equivalent experience in education, clinical practice, or simulation-based learning.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating inter-professional learning programs using adult learning principles.
