- TLC Medical Centres Frankston North _offers a comprehensive range of services, including general practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing services. Co-located with TLC Aged Care Forest Lodge, our medical centre in Frankston North serves the residents of TLC Aged Care Forest Lodge and the local community._
The Medical Receptionist is the face of our General Practice and responsible for welcoming patients and visitors in an engaging manner, answering phone calls and attending to enquiries.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain a friendly and efficient practice
- Ensure timely planning and appointment scheduling of patients
- Respond to all pathology, specialist and doctor requests
- Prepare invoices for medical reports and private billing
- Support Managers and other General Practice staff
