Senior UiPath RPA Specialist (12-month contract )

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll take the lead on:
* Migrating data from legacy systems to new clinical platforms
* Building automation solutions using UiPath to reduce manual processes
* Supporting system integrations for upcoming business takeovers
* Driving smarter workflows across the organisation
This is a remote role open to candidates across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy UiPath workflows for clinical data migration
* Map and transform data using APIs, web scraping, and file formats (CSV, Excel, etc.)
* Lead data integrations during acquisitions and ensure minimal operational disruption
* Identify opportunities to automate processes like reporting, invoicing, approvals
* Rigorously test, troubleshoot and document your solutions
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to tailor fit-for-purpose RPA tools
* Maintain clear documentation to ensure scalability and continuity
What You Will Bring
* 3+ years' hands-on experience in UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator)
* Strong track record of automating complex business workflows
* Experience migrating data between SaaS systems via APIs, web scraping, or file-based tools
* Great communication skills – you can explain tech concepts to non-tech colleagues
* High attention to detail and a passion for quality outcomes
* Ability to pivot between projects and work autonomously
Bonus points for:
* UiPath certification (e.g. Advanced RPA Developer)
* Basic scripting (Python, VBA, SQL)
* Experience in aged care, health, or other regulated sectors
* Background in data transformation, mapping, and validation
