Offer description

Senior UiPath RPA Specialist (12-month contract )

Are you a UiPath expert looking for a role where your skills actually transform how things work?
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior RPA Specialist to lead automation and data migration initiatives during a major systems transition and future growth phases.

You’ll be at the forefront of modernising our aged care operations — building robust automations, streamlining complex data migrations, and supporting seamless system integrations during future business acquisitions. This is more than just coding bots — it’s strategic, varied, and high-impact work.

Who we are

Respect is a not-for-profit aged care organisation currently undertaking a large-scale digital transformation. We’re investing in better technology to improve the lives of our residents and that means upgrading our platforms, streamlining operations, and automating wherever we can.

We’re values-driven, people-focused, and committed to continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll take the lead on:

* Migrating data from legacy systems to new clinical platforms
* Building automation solutions using UiPath to reduce manual processes
* Supporting system integrations for upcoming business takeovers
* Driving smarter workflows across the organisation

This is a remote role open to candidates across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and deploy UiPath workflows for clinical data migration
* Map and transform data using APIs, web scraping, and file formats (CSV, Excel, etc.)
* Lead data integrations during acquisitions and ensure minimal operational disruption
* Identify opportunities to automate processes like reporting, invoicing, approvals
* Rigorously test, troubleshoot and document your solutions
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to tailor fit-for-purpose RPA tools
* Maintain clear documentation to ensure scalability and continuity

What You Will Bring

* 3+ years' hands-on experience in UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator)
* Strong track record of automating complex business workflows
* Experience migrating data between SaaS systems via APIs, web scraping, or file-based tools
* Great communication skills – you can explain tech concepts to non-tech colleagues
* High attention to detail and a passion for quality outcomes
* Ability to pivot between projects and work autonomously

Bonus points for:

* UiPath certification (e.g. Advanced RPA Developer)
* Basic scripting (Python, VBA, SQL)
* Experience in aged care, health, or other regulated sectors
* Background in data transformation, mapping, and validation

Why Join Us?

* Competitive pay + not-for-profit salary packaging = more in your pocket
* A remote-first role with real flexibility
* Purpose-driven work that directly impacts frontline care
* Long-term stability in a future-focused sector
* A collaborative, values-based team that wants your ideas
* Ongoing learning and development opportunities

Our Purpose & Values

We exist to care for the elderly in communities where they are respected, valued, and feel a sense of belonging.

Our values guide everything we do:
Respect | Care | Teamwork | Courage | Integrity | Innovation | Excellence
