We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to provide high-quality clinical care to clients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will work under the guidance of our Clinical Care Manager to deliver comprehensive health assessments, wound care, and catheter management.
About the Role
* Provide clinical services including comprehensive health assessments, wound care, and catheter management to clients under various funding streams.
* Liaise with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, and other stakeholders to achieve positive clinical outcomes for our clients.

Requirements
* Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential
* Exceptional clinical skills including comprehensive assessment and wound care
* Understanding of, and commitment to person-centred care
* Outstanding problem-solving skills and communication skills
