Job Title:

Retail Operations Coordinator



About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of purchasing processes and general retail operations.



Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with customers to provide exceptional customer service
* Prepare and complete end of month accounts
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades



Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
* Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling, and general Adhoc
* A passion for retail and ability to make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services



Working Hours:

The successful candidate must be available to work across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades.
