Jaybro is a leading supplier to the civil construction sector, providing industry-leading service and quality products.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and web enquiries from trade customers.You will also be required to proactively contact new customers to promote products and campaigns.Your role will involve following up quotes to closure, identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and processing sale orders in a timely manner.Strong relationships with customers are essential, ensuring a high level of service and retention.
The Role
Manage margin, contract pricing, discounting, and price increases effectively to ensure profitability.Work collaboratively with Trade Sales and Business Development teams to support sales in the region.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.Maintain up-to-date knowledge and training of Jaybro's full product categories and range.
Requirements
Proven experience with inbound and outbound calls, upselling, and cross-selling, preferably in a construction-related industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and experience using CRM software.Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Forklift licence preferable to assist the team from time to time.
