**Key responsibilities include**:
Managing end-to-end sales processes with a proactive sales approach
Educating customers with accurate information about product specifications, features, and services
Identifying customer requirements and servicing based on purchasing criteria
Highlighting promotions and special offers to customers
Dealing with customer queries/complaints with a solutions-based approach
Incorporate a high level of detail when merchandising within the store
Engaging in provided training and development to improve product knowledge and sales

**Duties**
Process sales both over the counter and phone orders
Maintain high levels of customer service whilst demonstrating solid sales abilities
Provide accurate information about specific products, features, and services within the business
Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
Handling customer queries/complaints and offering effective solutions that maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales abilities
**Essential Requirements**
Sales, customer service, or retail experience
Strong desire to provide quality customer service
Demonstrated ability to work to KPIs and achieve sales targets
Ability to work with and understand tools/power tools and maintain a high level of safety standards
Energetic and motivated individual looking to work as part of a team
Familiar with basic computer operations
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
