What you'll be doing
* Planning and adjusting daily service schedules
* Allocating jobs based on priority, location and skillset
* Monitoring workflow and responding to scheduling changes
* Communicating with customers and technicians regarding updates and timing
* Maintaining accurate job records, data, and compliance documentation
* Supporting reporting, service processes and operational improvements
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in scheduling, service planning or workforce coordination
* Backgrounds that translate well include: service-based businesses, trades or building services coordination, manufacturing or supply chain planning, field services or construction support
* Highly desirable systems experience: SAP, Salesforce and Excel
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Effective communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
* Availability to start Monday 15/12/2025
