Emergency Department Project Officer
The Grampians Health Emergency Department is seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to lead and deliver flow improvement projects.
As part of the team, you will lead and deliver improvement projects related to the Standards for Safe and Timely Ambulance and Emergency Care and the Timely Emergency Care Collaborative.
The primary project that you will lead and deliver focuses on Short Stay Unit utilisation, optimisation and expansion. Secondary projects include the support of other Emergency Department flow projects, such as fast track utilisation.
* Conduct diagnostics and analysis of data to determine areas of improvement
* Develop and design models of care and pathways
* Test and implement change ideas
* Scale, integrate and sustain improvements, model of care and change ideas
