What role will you play?
In this role, you will prepare Operational Risk reporting for Senior Management forums, covering both business-aligned and legal entity perspectives. You will provide clear insight into risk appetite, conduct risk, and risk culture outcomes, and support effective risk oversight across Macquarie Capital.
You will develop and monitor Risk Appetite Statement metrics, thresholds and supporting analysis, support and manage root cause analysis for incidents, issues and adverse risk outcomes and manage read-across opportunities for key learnings across businesses and products, as required.
In addition, you will support the delivery of conduct risk and risk culture metrics and reporting, produce timely, accurate, and decision-useful executive risk reporting, providing clear escalation, commentary and recommendations for breaches and emerging risks. You will support governance forums with concise risk insights and themes, partnering with business, risk and compliance stakeholders across Macquarie Capital.
What You Offer
4+ years' experience in an operational risk or related risk role.
Experience in non-financial risk, conduct risk, or operational risk within financial services.
Strong capability in framework development, metrics, and senior management reporting.
Proven experience in root-cause analysis and thematic risk assessment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
