About the Role
Lead and support the Directorate's finance and administrative teams while providing expert advice across business reform, risk, and resource management. Build strong processes, maintain compliance, and create insights that drive informed decisions.
* Manage and develop finance, business and administrative staff
* Analyse budgets, expenditure, revenue and Casemix data
* Advise directors, managers and external partners on finance and operations
* Review and improve policies, systems and workforce plans
* Represent the Directorate on committees and key projects
About You
You are motivated to lead and deliver excellence in finance and administration, bringing the skills and experience to drive results, support your team, and contribute to a high‐performing workplace.
* Hold or working towards a tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or related field
* Skilled in communicating, presenting, negotiating and influencing across all levels
* Experienced in management accounting, budgeting, analysis and reporting
* Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and manage staff effectively
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases and applying legislation, standards and policies
