A new opportunity for an area manager on a temporary basis for 2-3 months. The role requires support 4 days per week: 2 days in the Brighton office and 2 days travelling to national stores.

Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire store teams, bringing out strengths and encouraging success.
* Monitor sales performance.
* Ensure visual merchandising standards are adhered to.
Qualifications
* Experienced area manager based near Brighton.
* Ability to travel nationally 2 days per week.
* Experience in clothing retail highly advantageous.
* Strong focus on visual merchandising standards.
