We are seeking a motivated and high-potential Property Management Trainee / Cadet who is eager to build a long-term career in property management. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their property journey who wants hands-on experience, structured training, and exposure to a best-practice real estate business.

Role Overview
As a Property Management Trainee / Cadet, you will work closely with experienced Property Managers and the wider team to learn all aspects of residential property management. You will be supported with training, mentoring, and systems that allow you to develop strong foundations while delivering exceptional service to our clients and tenants.
This is a hands-on role designed to fast-track the right person into a long-term career in property management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting Senior Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
* Learning property management processes, legislation, and best-practice standards
* Supporting leasing activities, routine inspections, entry and exit reports
* Communicating professionally with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Using industry-leading systems to manage tasks and communication
* Assisting with compliance, documentation, and file management
* Contributing to a positive, fun, and high-performing office culture
* General office duties
* Developing an understanding of how property management fits within the broader CPA Group ecosystem

* Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office
* A valid driver's licence required and own vehicle preferred
* Current or willingness to obtain Property Management Registration in WA
Previous property management experience is not required - training and support will be provided.
