Signmaker / Fabricator – Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Bespoke Signage | Central Victoria | Full-Time
We are a growing custom signage business based in Central Victoria, specializing in high-quality bespoke signage solutions. Due to continued demand, we are looking for a motivated and multi-skilled tradesperson to join our small team.
This role would suit someone with experience in welding, spray painting, fabrication, or general signmaking who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing quality work.
About the Role
You will be involved in the fabrication and finishing of custom signage projects from start to finish. As a small business, we value team members who are adaptable and willing to work across multiple areas.
Duties may include:
* MIG/TIG welding (aluminium and mild steel preferred)
* Fabrication and assembly of custom signage
* Spray painting and surface finishing
* General signmaking tasks (cutting, assembling)
* Basic use of hand tools and workshop machinery
* Occasional on-site installations
* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in welding, spray painting, signmaking or general fabrication
* Is reliable, self-motivated and takes initiative
* Has strong attention to detail
* Can work independently and as part of a small team
* Holds a current driver’s license
* Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in the signage industry
* Aluminium fabrication experience
* Forklift or EWP license
* CNC or digital print experience
