Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are now seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our high-performing team on an exciting commercial project in Melbourne.
What You'll Be Doing
* Administer contracts through our construction management software.
* Manage monthly PCG reports, cashflow, and progress claims.
* Assess and manage head contract and subcontract variations.
* Review and process subcontractor claims, supplier invoices, and delivery dockets.
* Issue and manage purchase orders.
* Prepare monthly prelim reports and cost forecasts.
* Take off quantities and estimate costs for alternative materials or methods.
* Ensure compliance with WHS during the tender and delivery process.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of experience as a Senior Contract Administrator with a head contractor.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terms, and risk identification.
* Ability to write comprehensive scope of works with a focus on constructability.
* Proven ability to reduce costs, increase profitability, and ensure legal compliance.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities.
