Duties
Processing customer purchase orders.
Processing sales - credit card transactions
Liaise with customers and generating quotations
Filing
Adhoc administration duties – including ordering office supplies
Service administration, organising stock transfers, assisting with customer bookings
Qualifications
Positive team orientated attitude, with a wiliness to help others
Excellent customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone
Intermediate MS office skills, (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ideally 2-3 years in an office like environment, either in reception/administration or customer service.
Current drivers licence
Cert 3 in Business Administration or experience with Service Based Accounting software - highly desirable.
