Your Role:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience:

The Assistant Head of Mathematics position includes Position of Responsibility 1.
The main purpose of the Assistant Head of Mathematics is to support the Head of Faculty in achieving the vision of the Mathematics Department in alignment with wider College goals.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Head of Mathematics include:
* To provide leadership in developing a strong learning culture in Mathematics across Stages 4-6.
* To support the Head of Faculty in strategic planning and decision making to achieve faculty-specific goals.
* To collect, analyse and use data effectively to monitor student progress and inform teaching and learning.
* To assist in the implementation of teaching, learning and assessment processes and requirements.
* To be responsible for managing a Key Stage in the faculty.
