About Our Client:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Hands-on assisting with installations of outdoor living and entertainment areas for clients
Daily phone-based interactions with customers about site installs, orders, and stock availability.
Completing in office carpentry duties to then install on-site.
Helping customers with feedback and sorting out any errors regarding installs.
Communications with internal warehouse, logistics, and 3PL's about delivers and material drop-offs.
Assisting with taking delivers and stock maintenance through trade and warehousing operations.
General administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for a Installations - Outdoor Living Installer, who has a passionate for high-level customer interaction and hands-on trade experience. Ideally, you'll be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and great adaptability to take on multiple roles in the workplace. This is a fast-paced role where no two days will be the same and you'll gain great exposure in several different fields. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours.
