About Us
Based in Thomastown, Victoria, Atlas Caravans are a family owned business with an aim to provide caravan buyers with an Australian designed and built caravan that is both affordable and full of quality features both inside and out.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced factory worker to join our team in the caravan manufacturing industry. The role focuses on external finishing — including installation of windows, doors, hatches, roofs, sealing, trims, and exterior fittings.
Key Responsibilities
* Install and fit external components such as windows, doors, hatches, vents, and trims
* Perform roof and wall sealing to a high standard
* Work with precision to ensure quality finishes and water-tight integrity
* Follow manufacturing and safety procedures
* Collaborate with the production team to meet build schedules
About You
* Preferred experience in a similar role
* Strong communicator and a proven ability to prioritize tasks
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Experience in manufacturing industry highly regarded
* Strong organizational ability and initiative
* Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to overcome challenges & adapt to changing circumstances.
* Have your own transport is an advantage due to limited public transport
Terms & Conditions of Employment
* Salary negotiable depending on skill level
* Hours of Duty: Monday - Thusday: 7.00am-3.30pm; Friday: 7:00am-1:00pm
* Annual leave to be taken during company closures Dec/Jan
* On site car parking available
* Compulsory tea & lunch breaks
