We are seeking a skilled Quality Management Systems Coordinator to lead and maintain our brewery's QMS and Food Safety Plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the brewery's Quality Management System and Food Safety Plan
* Ensure site-wide compliance training is completed and maintained
* Prepare and lead quarterly QMS meetings and weekly change control forums
* Track key quality KPIs and manage CAPAs
* Manage customer complaints and follow-up investigations
* Maintain site HACCP assessments, validation and verification activities
* Support lab testing during peak periods or team leave
* Coordinate trials for new materials and quality plans for process changes
Requirements:
* Solid experience in Quality Management Systems and accreditations (ISO 22000, HACCP)
* Advanced problem-solving and change management skills
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
* Experience using SAP and SEQIS, with a sharp eye for data accuracy and reporting
* Ability to coach and influence others to champion quality standards
* Basic lab testing, analytical and micro skills
