About the role
We are currently seeking a Boardroom Attendant with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Joining our Sydney corporate catering team in a permanent full-time capacity, you will work Monday to Friday with a rotating roster, offering set hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Some functions may occur after hours, so flexibility for extended hours during the week is required.
This role involves catering for various client and staff events, from coffee catch-ups and morning or afternoon teas to formal lunches, cocktail events, and large seminars. You will deliver first-class service, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally, representing the Catering team effectively.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Meeting room setup and reset at the conclusion of meetings
2. Preparing barista-made coffee and delivering beverages for meetings
3. Daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines
4. Assisting with meal preparation and service for clients and partners
5. Kitchenhand duties and cleaning, including packing/unpacking dishwashers
6. Replenishing stock levels and maintaining hygiene standards in the staff kitchenette
About you
You have experience in hospitality, providing excellent client service daily. Previous experience in professional service firms or corporate catering is highly regarded. You are professionally presented, friendly, flexible, and take pride in your work.

* Current Food Safety and NSW RSA certifications
