The Role
In a nutshell, our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits & collaborating with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include;
* Conduct assessments & guide individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their circumstances to reach their new career goals
* Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
* Visit workplaces to understand challenges injured and ill workers face whilst educating employers on the health benefits of a good working environment
