OCG Talent is working with an international online trading company that offers a one-stop investment hub for Australian and International trading. An industry leader offering market leading, innovative technology, an exciting, rapidly changing environment, and a flexible working arrangement. Our client is currently in a significant growth phase expanding into different global territories. Due to increased workload, they are now looking for a senior client service team member to join as second-in-charge to assist with day-to-day deliverables which include coaching, mentoring, and handling complex queries and complaints. We are looking for an individual who has developed a strong understanding of online trading products, systems, processes, and technology. This role requires someone who is confident with their knowledge and ability to enable them to effectively share when training, mentoring, and guiding. We are looking for people who want to resolve issues, who are happy to figure out solutions together with clients, and the team. Aside from coaching and mentoring, some day-to-day responsibilities include: Monitoring team performance and reporting on quality standards. Providing regular feedback to leadership. Helping with client queries and managing complex issues and complaints. Investigating issues and finding appropriate resolutions To be successful we are looking for the following: A degree in commerce, finance, economics, finance (or similar). Open to other degrees for the right candidate. Must be experienced in customer service in financial markets. Must have previous lead and/or managerial responsibilities in complex, fast paced environments, ideally financial markets. RG146, ADA1 certifications highly beneficial.
