Key Account Manager Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial part in managing primary offsite repair opportunities across all key accounts for the Metso Service Business line and achieve sales targets.

* Responsibilities:
* Deliver profitable business growth for repairs from regional site accounts
* Create the repairs relationship with the key people at the site and share those with the organization, connecting key interfaces
* Focus on after-market repairs business, identify investment/capex opportunities and convey customer requirements to capex sales in conjunction with the SAM
* Seek and coordinate best resources and channels for customer-facing repairs activities
* Understand customer business and argue Metso repairs added value at our Karratha facility
* Drive site repairs activities together with cross-organizational site account teams and understand customer operational expenditure related decisions and buying timetables in conjunction with the SAM
* Be an active member of the MA Key Account/Global Key Account team
* Ensure repairs account data is up-to-date in CRM systems
* Drive site account repairs planning and implementation (strategy, relationship, site-level budgeting, activity plan, repairs roadmap) in conjunction with the SAM maintains and shares information of installed base, performance, and shutdown schedules and plans


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A proven track record of 5 years or more in achieving sales targets
* An intermediate understanding of accounting procedures including profit and loss, budgets, and gross margins
* An intermediate level of computer literacy in MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* A current motor vehicle license and passport
* Able to travel up to 70% of the time by motor vehicle and commercial flights
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
* Excellent selling and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
