OverviewAirnorth has an exciting prospect for a Customer Contact Consultant to join our team.Reporting to the Reservations and Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for arranging reservations and bookings for our valued customers whilst maintaining a high level of excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesProcessing bookings and issuing tickets to meet our customers' requests including our corporate clients;Providing accurate information on all aspects of reservations to Travel Agents and other industry partners;Answering queries and processing bookings generated via our website;Ensuring reservations-related paperwork and queues are actioned accordingly;Processing of pre-paid excess baggage;Ensuring passengers are aware of schedule changes and delays.Skills & ExperienceExcellent time management and communication skillsHigh level of customer service deliveryWillingness to work within a team environmentEnthusiasm and confidenceExperience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or previous positions within the travel industry will be highly regarded.Why Join Airnorth?
