As a Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
- Develop relationships with both new and existing clientele
- Establish job listing opportunities
- Undertake complete recruitment process
- Advertising
- Application screening
- Conducting interviews & reference checking
- File management
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in the recruitment/sales industries will be highly regarded, however is not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Impeccable time management and computer skills
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Highly motivated and organised
