- Trade Fund Order Services, Assistant Vice President
**What you will be responsible for**
As
- **Trade Fund Order Services, Assistant Vice Presiden**t you will- Account for the day-to-day management of a team and manage daily service delivery and production activities performed by staff. Work in conjunction with individuals on the team as well as up/downstream teams, stakeholders to ensure seamless processing according to the fund's policies, to ensure all SLAs are met. As well as, work collaboratively with management on migration, projects, KPIs, etc.
- Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in self and Team's behavior
- Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
- Support the 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business
- Manages internal and client expectations and handles escalations effectively and comprehensively.
- Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulation
- Build trust and good relationship with stakeholders (up/downstream teams)
- Ensure controls, checklists, procedures, and compliance requirements are met timely and accurately when delivering services to clients
- Train, develop and motivate new staff, as well as complete performance appraisals.
- Buildup measurable and visible performance ranking for the team.
- To identify key talent, guide he/her to become a mature staff /role model of the team and assist the talent to move to next level.
- To identify gaps/risks/pain points by reviewing the process and utilize technology to simplify current process and mitigate the potential risks.
- Drive process-engineering and technology enabled transformation efforts to improve client experience across the segment (internal) based on KPI and error trending

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelors finance degree required.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years of total related experience in the financial services industry preferably in Unit dealing
- Experience in relationship management, strong verbal and written communications skills, and good presentation skills is a must.
- Must possess leadership and management skills
