About the Role:
This position involves leveraging exceptional clinical skills to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while fostering the development of others within the broader team, all while delivering critical speech therapy services.
Your Responsibilities:
* To provide vital speech therapy services enabling participants to lead more fulfilling lives.
* You will visit participants at their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities, tailoring your approach to meet their diverse needs.
* Using observations and standardized assessments, you will interpret findings to develop targeted treatment plans.
* You will participate in regular peer group supervision sessions with allocated mentors and colleagues.
* Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary team comprising OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs.

To excel in this role, you should have:
* A current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
* A genuine enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* A strong desire to contribute positively to the community.
* Experience delivering services under the NDIS.
