Lead Education and Organisational Development Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality patient care across a large geographic region. Key responsibilities include designing, delivering and evaluating education and organisational development programs for a diverse workforce.
* Leading a high-performing team to develop and implement leadership and organisational strategies that embed cultural values, strengthen culture, and build workforce capability and engagement.
* Partnering with stakeholders to strengthen development pathways within the organisation.
* Overseeing the management of the Learning Management System, ensuring best practice governance and education methodologies.
* Building an inclusive and supportive workplace, with a focus on Aboriginal cultural development, inclusion and belonging.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive senior-level experience in education, organisational development or a related discipline.
* Strong leadership capability with proven experience building organisational culture, workforce capability and employee engagement.
