We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Regional Manager to lead our inclusive employment initiatives across the Central & West Metro Region. Reporting to the General Manager – Inclusive Employment Australia, you'll oversee program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and performance outcomes across multiple sites.
Inclusive Employment Australia will help create a more inclusive future where people living with disability as well as those with injury or health conditions can get support to prepare for, find and maintain work, and grow their career. The program places participants at the centre of the service, improving and simplifying services for people looking for work as well as employers.
Your Role as a Regional Manager:
You'll be a strategic leader who thrives on collaboration, empowering teams, and building strong relationships with employers, community partners, and government agencies.
As a Regional Manager you will
* Lead, coach and support a team of Career Coaches, Employment Mentors and Employer Specialists to achieve strong participant outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, community organisations, and training providers.
* Oversee regional budgets, performance targets, and compliance within program guidelines.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement in inclusive employment practices.
* Represent the organisation at stakeholder forums and industry events.
* Support the rollout of strategies and contribute to policy and advocacy initiatives.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within teams and across employer networks.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who has:
* Proven experience in leadership within the employment services, disability inclusion, or community sector programs.
* Strong understanding of compliance, performance frameworks, and government contracts.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.
* Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and performance outcomes.
* Current driver's licence and ability to travel within the region.
Previous experience in employment services, case management, community services, is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude and transferable skills.
To Be Considered, You Will Need To:
* Have full Australian working rights
* Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
* Have (or be able to pass) a Working with Children Check
* Have (or be willing to set up) a MyGovID account
* Have a current driver's licence and ability to travel within the region.
