Job Description
We're looking for a Night Audit Manager to join our award‐winning team at Elements of Byron, a luxury beachfront resort in Byron Bay.
This full‐time role offers four 10‐hour overnight shifts (9pm–7am) with three consecutive days off. You'll oversee nightly operations, balance daily revenue, assist late‐arriving guests, conduct property checks, and ensure smooth handover to day staff.
Ideal candidates are calm under pressure, detail‐oriented, and confident working independently and overnight.
Requirements
* Experience in a Night Audit or similar role within a 4–5 star hotel or resort
* Availability for 4 overnight shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays
* Confident working independently and making sound decisions overnight
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team
* Well‐presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera Cloud highly regarded
* Solid understanding of hotel systems and basic IT troubleshooting
* Calm and composed in high‐pressure or emergency situations
