We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Services Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and campaign support to sales agents.

This includes managing the team's property list, assisting in preparing properties for their campaign launch, liaising with buyers and sellers to ensure seamless sales processes, and assisting with the preparation of market analyses, proposals, and key documents.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to sales agents
* Manage the team's property list
* Liaise with buyers and sellers
* Assist with document preparation
* Support CRM/database maintenance
* Contribute to marketing activities
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Coordinate inspections


Requirements:

* Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication and solution-focused mindset
* Previous experience in real estate administration preferred
* Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
* Valid Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property
