Permanent Part-Time $28–$37/hr + Super + Allowances | Casual up to $46/hr

Job Description
Your Role as an Educator
* Create Safe and Inspiring Spaces – Design environments where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
* Plan Engaging Experiences – Lead hands‐on, fun, and creative activities that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
* Build Strong Connections – Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming, community‐focused environment.
* Champion Wellbeing and Growth – Support each child's social, emotional, and developmental needs while promoting overall wellbeing.
* Collaborate and Innovate – Work closely with your team to co‐create programs that reflect children's interests, ideas, and voices.
Qualifications What You'll Bring
* A genuine passion for working with children
* A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
* Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
