We're a boutique, owner-run travel company based in Brisbane. Our team is small, passionate, and focused on creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and we're looking for someone to help our office operate like a well-oiled machine.
About the Role:
The face of the business: As our new
Team & Guest Experience Coordinator,
you'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and the go-to person for keeping our office running seamlessly.
From answering calls and greeting guests to coordinating meetings, ordering supplies, and supporting the team with admin, you'll be right at the centre of everything. This is
not just a reception role
, it's a position for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives on variety, and takes pride in making people feel welcome and supported.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
* Answering and directing incoming calls and handling general enquiries
* Setting up meetings, preparing refreshments, and supporting with agendas and minutes
* Ordering supplies, managing mail, and keeping the office tidy and presentable
* Assisting the team with admin tasks like document formatting, filing, and scheduling
* Taking initiative to spot what needs doing – and making it happen
