The Role
Seeking a skilled and energetic D365 Consultant to work as part of an agile delivery team in one of our high-profile software development projects.
Key Duties And Responsibilities Include
o Producing analysis and design documentation such as elevated level and detailed requirements, business process maps, user stories and user interface specifications etc.
o Map current and future state business processes.
o Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
o Assist in the planning and management of user acceptance activities.
o Support functional testing activities.
o Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
o Aid in the planning and management of user acceptance activities.
o Support projects undertaken in line with DTA processes and the Department’s digital delivery model.
o Experience working in Agile software development environment
Technical skills
Experience working in an Agile software development environment and experience using Azure DevOps toolset (or similar).
Essential criteria
o Experience within Power Pages and D365 Solutions Case Management.
o Developing and configuring custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer data and business performance using Power BI.
o Demonstrate the analytical skill to facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
