About the Role
WorkPac is seeking a Customer Service Officer on behalf of our client, based in Kewdale. This role is the first point of contact for customer enquiries across orders, service requests, invoicing, and disputes. Working closely with Sales Managers and operational teams, you will act as the key link between customers, sales, production, and logistics—ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated effectively, and customers receive a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Process customer orders, quotations, invoicing queries, and simple complaints
* Liaise with sales, finance, production, and logistics teams to support order fulfilment
* Manage contract and customer records within the ERP system
* Coordinate delivery dates, pricing, lead times, and order details in line with contracts
* Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or discrepancies
* Support demand planning by communicating customer needs and forecast changes
* Maintain accurate customer and order data and contribute to process improvements
* Ensure compliance with WHS, quality standards, and company policies
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial products
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
* Understanding of supply chain and order-to-delivery processes
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (MS Navision highly regarded)
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales (preferred)
